Mystery Shopping is a specialized research methodology used for monitoring and maintaining standards of customer service. It is important for a company to have a good reputation where treating their customers is concerned. Assignments from the agency are given to a mystery shopper because employees will not recognise you as being associated with management.
Q. HOW IS IT DONE ?
There are different types of mystery shopping like

Q. AM I APPLYING TO WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY ?
No, you are not applying to be an employee of the company. You will be an independent contractor with the option to accept or reject individual shopping assignments.
Q. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE EACH CONTRACTED ENGAGEMENT ?
Completion time depends largely on the scope of the engagement and the client criteria. An evaluation can take anywhere between 10 minutes and 2 hours (some projects may require an overnight stay).
Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY FEES TO BECOME A SHOPPER ?
No, you don’t have to pay any fees to become a shopper. However, some shops do require shoppers to make a purchase during the audit. Payment for each shop is clearly listed with the shop assignment, and purchases are reimbursed.
Q. CAN I TAKE OTHERS ALONG WITH ME TO THE MYSTERY AUDIT ?
Yes, you can as long as you adhere to the guidelines mentioned to you.
Q. DOES THE ASSIGNMENT HAVE TO BE COMPLETED AT A SPECIFIC TIME ?
Assignments are to be completed within the time or dates requested by the client. If there is any specific client requirement for completing a task, prior information will be provided.
Q. HOW MUCH WILL I GET ?
Payment and reimbursement depends on the brand you have taken for the audit. It ranges between ranges between $20 to $600, plus actual reimbursement of services taken.
Q. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ?
We do not share your personal information with anyone. You will be provided with a unique Shopper ID and Password that prevents other people from accessing your information. However, it is important that you protect your information by not sharing your ID or Password with anyone else.
Q. WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET PAID?
You will get the payment maximum after 45-60 days. But if could be done before also. You will be paid directly in your account via NEFT.
